Paul Needham
Managing Director

Paul started in the industry at the tender age of nineteen years and remains as strongly enthusiastic to this day.  Paul’s formative training was forged whilst working for twenty years at CWS (99 Tea) and over this time he became an experienced Tea Professional.

In 1996 Paul was head hunted by Gold Crown Foods, a recognized large player in the industry. His capabilities and skills made him ideal for the role of senior management.

In April 2006 a fire decimated Gold Crown Foods and this was the catalyst for the birth of Lancashire Tea.

You’ll never find Paul without a cup of hot Lancashire Tea nearby and naturally he takes delight in offering all welcome visitors ‘Tea or Tea’.

Keith has been with Paul for over thirty years. His depth of knowledge on the lines and production he manages is second to none. Keith is a stalwart in ensuring the lines run all the time. This dedication is vital when your tea needs to be on the shelf when you require it. This allows Paul time to develop the Lancashire Tea brand and associated products.
